By accessing this website, booking an appointment, attending an event where services are offered, or purchasing products from Good Juju Beads, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms, Policies, and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these policies, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

Permanent Jewelry Services

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that is welded closed without a clasp.

By receiving permanent jewelry services from Good Juju Beads, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Each piece is custom fit and welded specifically for you.
• Permanent jewelry is designed to remain on until cut off.
• Jewelry may need to be cut off for medical procedures or personal reasons.
• Permanent jewelry is durable but not indestructible and may break if snagged, pulled, or exposed to excessive force.

All permanent jewelry services are final sale.

Studio Appointment Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the jewelry selected during your appointment.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation by Good Juju Beads, LLC.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation depending on scheduling availability.

Private Events & Corporate Parties

Good Juju Beads, LLC offers permanent jewelry services for private events including parties, weddings, and corporate events.

Event bookings may require:

• a confirmed booking request
• a non-refundable event deposit
• minimum service requirements depending on the event

Travel fees may apply based on event location.

Event hosts must provide a safe and suitable workspace for equipment setup.

Good Juju Beads, LLC reserves the right to refuse service if event conditions are unsafe.

Pop-Up Events & Markets

Good Juju Beads, LLC participates in public pop-up events including markets, festivals, and retail activations.

Services at pop-up events are typically provided on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise stated.

Available chain styles and charms may vary depending on inventory brought to the event.

All permanent jewelry services performed at pop-ups are subject to the same policies listed on this page.

Repairs & Adjustment Policy

Permanent jewelry includes one complimentary adjustment or reweld within 7 days of the original appointment if the break occurs at the weld point.

Repairs requested after the 7-day period may be subject to a service fee.

Lost jewelry cannot be replaced without purchasing a new chain.

Product Sales (Online & In Person)

Good Juju Beads sells handcrafted jewelry including bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and accessories both online and in person.

All product purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Because items are handcrafted:

• bead colors and patterns may vary
• measurements and weights are approximate
• slight variations between pieces are expected

Customers are responsible for proper use and care of purchased products.

Good Juju Beads, LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear after purchase.

Shipping Policy

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for:

• the cost of reshipping
• a $10 processing fee.

Health & Safety

Permanent jewelry is applied using a small welding device that produces a controlled spark.

Protective measures are used during the application process.

Clients should notify the technician of any metal sensitivities prior to receiving service.

Good Juju Beads, LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the technician believes applying jewelry would be unsafe.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By receiving permanent jewelry services from Good Juju Beads, LLC, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in the service and accept any inherent risks associated with the process.

Good Juju Beads, LLC is not responsible for:

• allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
• jewelry breakage after application
• injuries caused by snagging, pulling, or improper removal
• jewelry that must be removed for medical procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Juju Beads, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive permanent jewelry services.

Minors may receive services only if a parent or legal guardian is present and provides consent.

Photography & Marketing

Good Juju Beads, LLC may photograph jewelry pieces, services, or event setups for marketing and promotional purposes including use on:

• the company website
• social media
• promotional materials.

Third-Party Venues

Services performed at pop-up markets, private events, or other third-party venues are subject to the conditions of those locations.

Good Juju Beads, LLC is not responsible for venue conditions or environmental factors outside of its control.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Sacramento County, California.

Permanent Jewelry Guidelines

Custom Fit & Final Sale

• All permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded just for you.

• All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges on permanent jewelry.

Loss & Damage Policy

• We are not responsible for lost or broken chains after your appointment.

• While our chains are durable, they are still delicate and should be treated with care to prevent snagging or breakage.

Complimentary Adjustment Period

• We offer one complimentary adjustment or repair within the first 7 days of your appointment.

• After 7 days, a service fee may apply for any adjustments or repairs.

Care Tips

• Avoid pulling, tugging, or catching your jewelry on objects.

• Remove jewelry for medical procedures or as needed for safety (some hospitals may request removal).
